\nOn the days full of love and worth, fill your pocket with that joy so you can reach in and remember. (Even if it\u2019s just one day) It\u2019ll be hard to do that when you\u2019re hurt or feel alone, but on the good days train and shift the mind.

\nNobody is perfect or happy all the time. Finding your pockets of peace may be the little you need to get you through those rough times.
