EPISODE 4: A native of New Mexico, Misty Boyce, took to the idea of a career in music at a young age, and began writing songs while in primary school. She would eventually go on to enroll at the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music, where she studied jazz piano. After moving to New York City, where she forged her craft both as a songwriter and player, she became a sought-after keyboardist, spending years playing alongside award winning artists including Sara Bareilles, B\\xd8RNS, Lord Huron, Sting, Ingrid Michaelson & more, all the while continuing to release records of her own to critical acclaim. Boyce now resides in Los Angeles, and her fourth LP - genesis - will be released September 25th.
