EPISODE 62: Michael Veitch is a Woodstock, NY based singer and songwriter and can be seen in the new PBS special "We Remember: Song of Survivors" which follows him collaborating with Holocaust survivors. Judy Collins covered his song \\u201cVeteran\\u2019s Day,\\u201d and he was mentored by both Shawn Colvin and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders.\\xa0 His latest album, \\u201cWachtraum\\u201d (\\u201cwake dream\\u201d in German) broke the top 20 on the Folk Radio Charts with \\u201cValentine\\u2019s Day\\u201d hitting number one. Previously his song\\xa0 \\u201cPledging Allegiance\\u201d reached #10 on the 2017 Folk/Americana charts.
