He went on to get his degree in real estate and urban land economics and then worked for several national real estate development firms. He then went on to co-found three companies; Breneman Capital in 2005, Black Hawk Investment Group in 2008, and Dwell in 2019, which focuses on Chicago real estate investing and property management.
