They also run the food and beverage service throughout Disney\\u2019s Coronado Springs Resort including room service, the Pepper Market, Maya Grill, Siesta\\u2019s, Caf\\xe9 Rix, Laguna Bar, Rix Lounge, and Las Ventanas.
