This weeks guest is Dave Evans. Dave is currently the Regional Vice President of Hunt Real Estate, a real estate brokerage across all of NY State, Massachusetts and Arizona. He has invested in real estate since 1989 starting with a duplex in his hometown moving into large rehab projects, foreclosures and more. Dave also talks about when the rehab business started to get competitive, how he was able to pivot into a different strategy that made him and his team successful.
