In a career that spans almost two decades, Ada began her career in affordable housing property management and eventually transitioned into public accounting. The combination of both career tracks, coupled with a personal mission to advance disadvantaged communities, created a strong foundation from which she built success in impact investing and affordable housing. In the last 12 years, Ada has served in senior executive roles leading Fund Management, institutional capital raising and impact investing initiatives for major affordable housing managers. \\xa0

For her multifaceted experience and achievements, Ada has been recognized as a Woman of Influence and Industry Innovator, and is often requested to speak as an expert in housing, ESG/impact investing, and DE&I. \\xa0

In addition to being a public speaker, Ada is committed to utilizing her time and professional insights to serving various private and non-profit boards. Currently she serves as Founding Chair of RE\\u0100L (Real Estate Association of Latinx Professionals) as well as an advisory board member to multiple mission-driven real estate organizations such as Comunidad Partners, Innovative Housing Opportunities, and CREUnited (led by Walker Dunlap). Ada rounds out her professional board experience with community focused non-profit boards such as Professional Child Development Associates, an organization providing multidisciplinary services for children and young adults with Autism and other developmental challenges. \\xa0

As Partner and Chief Operating Officer, Christianne Schrobilgen leads the execution of iimpact\\u2019s strategy and vision. iimpact is a gender-lens investment platform, investing with women-owned and -led managers in the development and preservation of affordable housing. In charge of safeguarding iimpact\\u2019s purpose and values, Christianne is responsible for the organization\\u2019s resiliency: keeping business performing at its peak today and as a change agent for the future.\\xa0

Christianne has over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate marketing and operations. Before joining iimpact, Christianne served as Managing Director for Sustento Group, a private consulting firm working at the intersection of climate, policy, and real estate - optimizing investments to decarbonize the built environment. Under her leadership, Sustento rebranded, enhanced operational efficiencies, and scaled, eventually launching the firm\\u2019s corporate sustainability consulting arm, serving large institutional REITs.

Previous to Sustento, Christianne was the Marketing Director, US Capital Markets - Brokerage for Colliers International. At Colliers, she held executive roles in multiple capacities, most notably, leading the marketing and business development strategies of over $1.5 billion in transactional value.
