In a time of crisis, it\u2019s easy to focus our fears and anxieties. And with the coronavirus pandemic, it would be easy to panic and focus on all of the uncertainty in our lives right now.

But, you don\u2019t have to let fear and worry rule your thoughts. There is a better way. And in today\u2019s episode, I share four practical ways you can shift your perspective to one of joy and happiness.
