35: Susan Carr
Today’s friend of the podcast has been teaching ‘The Art of Scraeming since 1979, and has been the go-to for the talent of many agents and record labels and alike due to her technical prowess as a vocal coach.
She holds multiple collegiate degrees from Fortright College and Cornish College of the Arts, with advanced studies at the University of Washington and time as an understudy for Timonthy Leon out of Los Angeles. Her impressive clientele includes Alice in Chains, Macklemore, Drowning Pool, and The Head and the Heart.
She’s a successful artist of her own, a published author, an accredited actress - appearing in multiple shorts and syndicated TV series - including an episode of Gilmore Girls.
