The Bike Pump: Racking the 1899 Pinot Noir
Today we talk all about the 1899 Pinot Noir, made without any electricity or modern machinery. The wine was due for a racking, and so we rolled out the bike pump and recorded a series of interviews with Brad, Ryan, Bethany, Nathan and Ted who shared their experiences and impressions about the process and the wine.
