b'Unknown to many, except for a few in the rap industry’s inner circle Pure Dynamite got a taste of the spotlight when he collaborated with DJ Mark The 45 King on a demo called “Scratch of Fury” in late 1986, which became a local hit in the New York/ New Jersey area and prompted The Awesome Two, Special K, and Teddy Ted to play it on a weekly radio show in New York on 105.9 WNWK.

During the summer of 1987 Dynamite soon recorded a second demo”Untouchable”. The songs he produced for Pace “You Ain’t Really Down” and “Love Me Baby” instantly landed the album in THE SOURCE magazine as one of the top underground rap albums of 2004.

In 2006 as CEO of Times Square Entertainment, Pure Dynamite inked his first record deal with the New Jersey-based record label Gossip Records.
