I've recited language from Florida Statue 790.41 - Risk Protection Order (Red Flag Law), which it blatantly tarnishes both the US & Florida Constitutions. Plus, addressed what is the Bill of Attainder & what Alexander alerted us about the due process from Federalist Papers 84.
