Jeff is known to everyone as "The Goat." He started investigating at the Bellaire House in 2009. He has helped with over 500 investigations at the Bellaire House. He has appeared on many paranormal documentaries, and has investigated with the best investigator's in the paranormal field. While running a public investigation in 2010 Goat was pushed through the second story window at the Bellaire House. He wasn't hurt, but was not able to identify what entity pushed him or why? He doesn't believe in provoking the Spirits of the Bellaire House- he says "They are spirits and all spirits should receive as much respect as breathing people." Being pushed by a malicious entity didn't stop Jeff, he has been on the paranormal quest even when Kristin Lee, the owner of the Bellaire House shut down the house due to the energy being imbalanced. There is no stopping Goat from experiencing the afterlife or learning the new tricks & trades from top notch professional paranormal researchers.
