\\u2022 a good report with God is seen through faithfulness in leadership

\\u2022 faithfulness is always demonstrated

1. Always understanding your assignment: It's your job to understand your assignment

2. Excuseless maturity

\\n

3. Unparalleled commitment

\\n

4. Unshakable consistency

HEB 11:4

By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.

Faithfulness is seen in the quality of your sacrifices

\\n

1. What sacrifices are you making for your assignment

\\n

2. What are you doing that is above the norm or status quo?

\\n

3. If you were only rewarded for the extra,( above and beyond the requirement) how would you be rewarded?

\\n

HEB 11:5

By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

Faithfulness is seen in your consistent walk with Godand you're obvious desires to please him: ENOCH

\\u2022 as a leader have, I demonstrated a posture of worshipto the observers? (in my walk)

\\u2022 as a leader, am I walking in a pattern of elevationthat inspires others

\\u2022 can people see what God approves of by watching my walk with him and among men

FAITH PLEASES GOD

FAITH SEEKS GOD

FAITH IS REWARDED BY

\\u2022 is my leadership extraordinary: If not, I can only influence people to be ordinary

\\u2022 Do my movements encourage people to towards stretching or stagnancy
