James A McCormick IV is an NFL sports entertainment talent advisor and also a commercial real estate agent for Sperry Van Ness.\\xa0 It is always a good idea to have more than one stream of income coming in.\\xa0 James is not the first real estate professional that we have interviewed.\\xa0 We also spoke with Susan Matthews who handles the\\xa0residential real estate market
