On this episode I chat with Laurie Boucher. Laurie is an attorney turned Pasta Instructor. Laurie\u2019s\u202fpassion is\u202f PASTA\u202f and she teaches all forms of pasta making\u202fprivately and in local businesses in and around Baltimore, Ocean City and other local seaside venues. Laurie\u202fteaches some of her unique pasta classes as an\u202fadjunct professor at\u202fAACC and\u202fis also\u202fa staff pasta instructor at the Baltimore Chef Shop, The Kitchen Studio Cooking School, and the Pandola Learning Center in Little Italy.\nLaurie has an Etsy shop, PastaArt where you can find pasta themed\xa0products she has designed and created including uniquely textured pasta boards, keychains, ornaments, and jewelry.
