Today Christian Interviews Deb Hart!

Deb Harts Story:

Connecting with people in a rewarding way is what drives me, from working as a media personality in radio and TV to offering ways for people to improve the way they feel physically and mentally. Becoming a yoga instructor, meditation teacher and health coach are all ways in which I have challenged myself to look at my habits and tendencies and seek better ways to care for myself. It's all practice, there's no 'perfect'.

Yoga is one of the practices that helped me work through the grief of losing family members and a divorce. Yoga helped me to start practicing kindness and forgiveness towards myself and others. Meditation is a way to help focus the mind and practice ways to handle life's challenges.

I have extensive training that includes on-going learning and seeking best practices to optimally support all my clients. I am here when you're ready to explore.

* 300 Hour Certified Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator .
