The Idyllic mind
Stuck between "thinking outside the box" and polishing each craft, item for item and following the tunnel vision to success- at home or at work- When it pays to be the leader and why we fall into the "follower" mentality once in awhile. Where do those feelings come from? How do you navigate through the failure that comes from sharing your mind, and being heard. I read an article that is incredibly new age, but follows some great points, bringing to light some of the reasons why uniqueness is the new level of the journey. Being heard is being different, how easy it is to go with the flow, and how difficult it is to go against the grain. With this episode, I will really be following up with the challenge of innovating at every turn, and being ok with those ideas not being the best-- on another token, I am challenging myself to also celebrating those wins that are well received.
