Going hard on eating the basics of healthy eating, I mass ordered protein and vegetables. With the foodsaver, I cooked chicken breasts, thighs, and drumsticks with McCormick garlic and herb, and garlic parmesan pre mix from Wal mart. Chicken is around as $5 a bag right now. I also cooked Salmon, flank steaks, and pork cutlets that I foodsaved and froze before this hidden episode. Tossed each meat and seasoning with olive oil in glad zipper bags, and baked all at 350 with a pan of tossed seperate brussel sprouts, broccoli, and asparagas.
