I was researching about how to be more of your truest self after years of reconditioning to be what other peoples expectations are. I came this article written by Author and professor Adam Grant on 6 ways to discover yourself, find your voice, and be more confident in sharing your more unique ideas. I found a lot of the information was more useful to the business sense, but found myself applying it to my thinking process of my personal life more and more. Hopefully you enjoy as much as I did.
