We all get angry. Even the most positive people like myself feel anger. But what you do when you get angry is what matters. See it's one thing to become angry and it's another to not know how to control it. No need to hide if you have anger issues. Own it and start to deal with it. The faster you become honest with yourself the faster you can begin to fix the problem. Change your prespective on therapy because seeking professional advice is a strength not a weakness.
