On episode #15, we had the pleasure of chatting with Katie Mitchell, founder of Thrive NeuroSport. Katie is a\\xa0Registered Physiotherapist\\xa0and\\xa0Certified Athletic Therapist\\xa0supporting Woolwich Township and the Waterloo Region. Her clinical focus is primarily\\xa0orthopaedic\\xa0injuries,\\xa0concussion\\xa0(life- or sport-related), and\\xa0vestibular\\xa0(e.g. inner ear) conditions.

Katie is also the Lead Therapist for Sledge Hockey Team Ontario and also has worked with Waterloo County Rugby Football Club, Rugby Canada and was a member of the medical team for the 2015 Parapan Am Games. Currently, she is a PhD candidate in the Kinesiology program at Wilfrid Laurier University with a focus on visual perception and balance control for individuals with sport-related concussion.
