\nIn self-defense LOVING your enemy or attacker vs HATING is also known to be more powerful. When a defender allows HATE to consume them they physically, mentally and emotionally \u201cgive away\u201d or waste energy.

Muscles tense, strategies and defensive techniques go out the window and blind furry steps in. The literal loss of energy is a disadvantage. Therefore HATE weakens us. While being at peace through LOVE relaxes muscles, clams breathing and literally makes us faster, focused and more powerful.
