b'Samuel Bolen\\u2019s life passion is to connect the Church across cultural, socioeconomic, and geographical lines. He has more than 10 years of ministry experience among under-resourced communities and currently serves as the executive director of the Jackson Leadership Foundation. The Jackson Leadership Foundation works to provide resources and services that ministry leaders need to develop as leaders and grow their organizations. Fear of failure is a greater impediment to leadership than fear itself.
