5:16 So if I took the leap, and that first business was in the travel space, and shortly thereafter we had a pandemic, a worldwide pandemic, which completely halted travel. And so I really was forced to hit that rock bottom moment where I was just everything came crashing down, and I had to really reevaluate my dreams. Had you already left the corporate career? Yeah, yep. So I took the leap in 2019.\\xa0

8:47 So what are their failure? Well, yeah, it was like, like for you guys. Were you downsizing? Again? Were you getting credit cards? Like, how did you make it through? Yeah, so I told you, I\'d invested really heavy upfront. And you know, I was like, I need to find a way to make money. So I had to, in the midst of my rock bottom pivot quite quickly. And so that\'s where the sleep shop was born. Because my first product was actually it\'s called the super scarf. It\'s an infinity scarf with a built in neck pillow.\\xa0

10:00 In the only thing I know how to make money quickest is my own business. Oh my gosh. So you dove into your emergency fund to fund again? Another business idea on paper, right? No, no, I love it. Because I love how you basically lived your worst nightmare lived your worst fear and you\'re like, and yet, I\'m going to do this again. And yet, because that\'s how we change our stories.

15:07 So how did you put those two things together and not get Uber focused on one or the other, because I think people tend to slide into water slide into the other. So I also picked up consulting. So that opportunity came forward. And I was like, hell yeah, money. And so it was like it was in the startup in the legal space. And I was like, Sure. So I always say, if you\'re in this kind of balance, where you\'re like, I want to do what I love, I want my business to be my thing. But it\'s not making money, because it takes time, right? I I\'m a huge advocate of any stream of income that can help free you from that stress and anxiety.\\xa0

21:58 So everyone looks to me nice. How do you do that? Is it because I have this crazy discipline where I slow myself down in small ways and large ways. So I told you earlier, before we hit record, I just got away for a 48 hour solo trip to Ohio to just relax and they do that probably quarterly and I usually do them on a whim, like meaning I\'m burnt out, I\'m booking it tomorrow. And I usually do it on a weekday. My kids are in childcare so that I don\'t put it all my husband, and then I let my husband go golfing, you know when I get back.

25:00 Today on this podcast You sound like so clear and so certain. And like, like you\'re in it right? You\'re in the zone. Are you always like that when it comes to your business? Do you ever have days where you\'re like, like, what am I even doing? Like, I don\'t even know what I\'m doing what I\'m building? Yeah, I definitely feel like I\'ve up leveled since this rock bottom.

31:00 I love the analogy of contractions. And I will say that when I had my first everyone told me that like, Don\'t fight it, just embrace it. And I was like, What the fuck are you all talking about? And I hated that piece of advice.

40:00 We could just keep going. I felt the same when you were on to us like we can make Oh, we do get to talk again. I\'ll see you soon now we just have to touch but thank you for having me. Well do some coffee dates or something. Yeah, exactly. So tell everyone where they can find you how they can work with you all the things. Yes, so the podcast is dreamlike, with Tiffany Paul and more conversations like this around creating the life that you love living and creating your own definition of success and living the dream.\\xa0
