One of my favorite leadership quotes is \u201cattitude reflects leadership\u201d.
I\u2019ve noticed this is nearly ALWAYS true when I\u2019m working with coaching clients - the attitude of the team is aligned with the attitude of the leader.
And while it may be easy to notice in others, the tough exercise is noticing it in myself.
