One of my favorite teachings by Jim Collins is that of the Stockdale Paradox.
It\u2019s really counterintuitive, but I reread it fairly regularly because it helps ground me, especially when I feel like I\u2019m struggling a bit. It\u2019s a story that comes from Vietnam veteran, Admiral Jim Stockdale.
