Seems like radical advice, but the infusion of positivity in the lives of the employees is one of the main reasons Thirst is expanding and growing at the rate that they are.\\xa0

It's not just about the specialty drinks and snacks. It's about the experience the customers have when they walk through the door. An experience, only genuinely happy employees can give. With that mindset, and the power of free social media, Thirst has exploded.

Rachel sat down with me at the Lemonade Stand and shared some of her secrets as to why Thirst has been exploding in business, especially during times when the world was shutting down. She and her partner Ethan, who also happens to be the CEO, have found a great rhythm working together. She said the secret to their success is also to have autonomy in their relationship and empower each other all along the way.
