Cynthia (CeCe) Terlouw is the Executive Director of Terebinth Refuge, a nonprofit that helps women who have been rescued from sex trafficking and sexual exploitation. She's sharing how her experiences in other nonprofits has uniquely positioned her to be able lead when she stepped into what she felt called to. CeCe is a TedX speaker and has worked with many legislators to change Minnesota's Safe Harbor Law. Joining her today is Jane Hillberg DeLarco, one of Terebinth's key volunteers.
