Social Futures is a social justice organisation whose customers and staff are spread over a vast geographical area.\xa0 They realised that traditional top down change management approach was a poor fit with the connected culture that they wanted to sustain in a period of rapid growth.\xa0 In this episode Jem Mills discusses their adoption of an open source or co-created change management approach.\xa0 He discusses the use of experiential and social learning strategies to design and implement the approach, and the use of reflection as a key part of their organisational practice.
