We have been talking with different types fo volunteers, public servants, organizations, small business leaders, and social groups in and around the Austin, Texas area.  It was time to stretch our legs to see what the world looks like  beyond our imagination.  Today guest mustard up the courage to fulfill her dream to serve in the Peace Corps.  

Erin shares her story in making the decision to join the Peace Corps, first hand experience in building economic security through agriculture, and the human connection she builds with her host family.  There is so much that stood out in this episode including how far and how much water Erin\'s host family has to get every single day.
