They discuss how and what Josh did to make a big difference in his community and eventually inspired others to do the same. Ken & Josh encourage Millennials and others when making a difference start small. Look to make a change in something that you see in your community that you are not okay with. You should also be happy making a difference in this area, even if you never thanked for what you did.
