What makes one person successful? It is one\u2019s ability to manage fear, and still his or her job.\xa0Fear comes in many forms including physical, mental, and emotional. Without courage to act, fear paralyzes us and prevents us from being our best selves.

In this episode Ken and Paul talks about courage and how it is apart of your character. \xa0Courage is something that we all have, we just have to believe and act on it. Courage is what turns intent into action and it is the one thing every leader needs to tap into. Courage is contagious, but so is discouragement. Act with courage and lift others with encouragement
