However, running our business out of fear can seriously derail us. It can stop us from running our business in alignment with our core mission, vision, and values.\\xa0

I\\u2019ve seen my share of struggles with my businesses in the last couple of years. I know how easy it is to let fear drive your decisions in your business and I\\u2019ve had to take a step back and reevaluate.\\xa0

As business owners, it\\u2019s our responsibility to set the mission, vision, and values of our organization and hold people accountable, and you can\\u2019t do that from a place of fear. Your quality and standards will suffer and you\\u2019ll compromise the integrity of your business.\\xa0
