Which Motivates More, Loss or Reward?

Episode #691: If there\\u2019s one thing I\\u2019ve learned about my leadership career is that people avoid loss. Research shows that the fear of losing something is more motivational than the opportunity to be rewarded for something. So if you can either get a reward or you would not lose something. Which one would motivate you more? And guess what it is will motivate you more? It\\u2019s gonna be Loss Aversion.
