Episode #607: Challenge is the crucible for greatness. Is there anywhere you need to be more empowered or to receive more clarity? If you don\\u2019t need either of them, that means you are PROACTIVE! If you want to become a great leader, you should be doing well in this aspect.

If you are in the sales industry, listen to this! Salespeople who score higher on proactivity are likely to make more sales and receive higher commissions compared to those who score lower. Being proactive can set you up for success. Keep going and take that challenge!
