What I mean by this is if you push your staff members too hard, you will get the opposite result of what you wanted. It\\u2019s easy to take for granted what your employees do for you and your business so showing appreciation goes a long way.
\\nI like to create what I call a \\u2018done time\\u2019, where you and your team might finish a little earlier in the day as a reward for the hard work they have completed throughout the day. This token of gratitude has a major effect on your employee\\u2019s work, especially if they don\\u2019t expect it.
