\\nThe reason for the title of this episode follows a lot of feedback I received on social media after I posted this topic online. People were messaging me and asking for advice on how to deal with negative people in their lives. Now, I\\u2019m no agony uncle but I do have some experience!
\\nWith that being said, I wanted to discuss it further in this podcast episode. We all know some people who can be a drain on our time, resources and knowledge and we might even be letting them do it without realising it. This can be dangerous to our own mental health, and we must do something about it. During this episode, I provide advice on how to deal with negative people and why you need to take action ASAP.
