19. Who Loves Work Performance Evaluations???? Me neither!!!!
Work evaluations are such a touchy subject. Managers, for the most part, don't enjoy giving them and People, for the most part, don't like receiving them. In this podcast episode, we'll dive in to what most frustrations drive those feelings. Also, we'll have a little fun (don't tell the Human Resources Dept.) with some absurd comment given for "further development" and just overall weak work advice. Then, we'll talk evaluation options.
