Rachael D\\u2019Leonardo, Director Of Community and Media Relations at Midland RockHounds joins the Leadership is Female Podcast this week! Rachel is a woman on the rise in this industry. A born athlete and leader, she\\u2019s wearing a lot of hats to lead the Midland Rockhounds in community, media, and hospitality. She\\u2019s also a leader in her community coaching girls youth volleyball and in the off season, teaching fitness classes. She\\u2019s an amazing example of a young woman going after it, putting her all into her career and her life.
