After learning to play football against boys from a very young age, she made it her mission to create opportunities for women where none existed, like co-founding the Women\'s National Football Conference. No stranger to gender and racial bias, OJ is a black, LGBT leader who is also the president of an enterprise software company with the goal of taking on workplace inequities through more effective diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) programs.
