051: Ask Denis - Celebrate Your Accomplishments

For your team:
- Be deliberate to acknowledge accomplishments and success of your team
- Have a budget set aside for celebrating and recognizing victories
- Be authentic in your praise and recognition
- Sometimes all it takes is a simple \u2018thank you\u2019
For yourself:
- Review and have a debrief after each of your goals is accomplished
- Plan to celebrate your success
- When you set your goal, set the reward you will receive when the goal is accomplished
- Take a photo of your celebration to have a physical reminder of the success
