Ally Financials Marketing Capitalizes on Gamification Efforts

Megan Audette, Director of Advertising at Ally Financial, a leading digital financial-services company with $180 billion in assets. They are one of the largest full-service automotive finance operations in the country and offer a wide range of financial services and insurance products to automotive dealerships and consumers, as well as offering mortgage lending, personal lending, and a variety of deposit and other banking products.

Ally took home a Platinum award in the Technology and Trends category, a Gold in the B2B Customer Loyalty category, and a Gold in the Customer Engagement and Advocacy category. On top of that, Ally received a Gold in the 360-Degree award for overall excellence by a brand in all of the categories.
