Lindsey Higgins is a climate scientist and communications specialist from Buffalo, New York, USA. She received her PhD from Stockholm University in Physical Geography, where her research focused on human-environment interactions around climate change and freshwater resources. Today, Lindsey is Head of Climate Insights at the early-stage venture capital firm Pale blue dot in Sweden. Her work focuses on understanding the science behind climate tech innovations to help guide investment strategies and decisions, and she is passionate about bridging gaps between research and the entrepreneurial world. In 2022, Lindsey was named one of the nine people who mattered in European climate tech by Sifted.
