Niki Harris is a Senior Executive Assistant at Southwest Airlines. Her passion is utilizing her CliftonStrengths themes of Deliberative, Intellection, Analytical, Relator, and\\xa0 Connectedness to walk alongside others through the daily rigors of professional,\\xa0 personal, and academic life.\\xa0 Niki completed two Bachelor of Arts, English and Communication, and a Master of\\xa0 Public Affairs at the University of Missouri. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Higher\\xa0 Education at Azusa Pacific University.\\xa0
