Cliff Buford stepped into his first leadership role at 22 years old within Ground Operations of a major US airline. Over the course of 11 years, Cliff had much success in leadership. He decided to ditch the traditional style of leadership years ago and doing that has allowed him to be revered as one of the most well-thought leaders in his profession amongst his peers and the people that he has led.\\xa0
Born and raised in Chicago, IL Cliff has worked his way to Los Angeles, Ca where he now calls home. Cliff has led hundreds of career professionals throughout his career and is committed to helping each of them find their why.\\xa0
