Tommie's wife, Ashley, died suddenly of a brain aneurysm less than two months after their wedding. He was an NFL player and single father of two children who was faced with the biggest tragedy of his life. Tommie chose to lead thru his bleed and chose family over football. Tommie was one of the best defensive linemen to ever play at the University of Oklahoma and was drafted in the first round of the 2004 NFL draft. He is now an author and a recording artist. Tommie just released his latest book called ENDURE in the fall of 2021.
