This week the Bros discuss giving it all up and going with a minimalistic lifestyle. \\xa0Many people are starting to downsize and go for a Spend Less Live More mentality. \\xa0A recent documentary showed Richard what some people with small apartments are doing. \\xa0The problem is that they are still spending way too much on smaller convertible furniture.

This leads the Bromance team on an adventure to Las Angeles where a man by the name of Seidio gradel Jr AKA Mr Dice. \\xa0Mr Dice has set himself up with one of the most eye popping places in LA. \\xa0Being Homeless hasn\\u2019t kept Mr Dice from setting himself up with a nice home under an underpass. \\xa0Furnished with Zebra Printed Slip Covers, Porcelain Toilet, Fridge, and multiple rooms. \\xa0All located walking distance from the LA Coliseum.

Not only has Mr Dice have a nice home for himself but he has become a businessman. \\xa0For $25 a week you can rent a tent inside of what Mr Dice is calling Paradise Lane. \\xa0The tent is located between the guest room and a third mattress.

Mr Dice is truly resilient the City of LA is cracking down on Homelessness and has tore down his home multiple times. \\xa0Each time he goes from neighborhood to neighborhood during trash day picking up his new treasures. \\xa0

Being close to the LA Coliseum and the LA Rams must moving in Mr Dice has started a second business. \\xa0During games he is slinging hot dogs for just a bit over $2. \\xa0This gets Richard and Shawn\\u2019s Stomachs growling as they talk about their favorite hot dogs.
