Hibaaq Abdillahi lives in Chicago is a near and dear friend of mine. She comes on to discuss her experience as a Somali-American and how it's influenced who she's become as a person. She also works for The Mom Project, which helps mothers find jobs that allow them to continue being flexible and doesn't make them choose between family and career.
