This summer scientists with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board\u2019s Surface Water Ambient Monitoring Program (SWAMP) will take samples from Wolf Creek. They're looking for E. coli. If they find it at levels above water quality standards they will use genetic marker analysis to determine the source.\xa0
